The Spirit of Kaizen
As part of an ongoing program of knowledge sharing between MIRAIT Technologies Australia and our parent company, MIRAIT Technologies Corporation (MTC), MIRAIT Technologies Australia hosted a delegation from MTC in January.
The two week visit entailed an extensive program of workshops across all departments within MIRAIT Technologies Australia, where ideas and methods were shared between companies, and challenges specific to the Australian market place where identified and workshopped, with reference to delegates experiences across the Asia Pacific.
Both parties benefited from this open sharing of knowledge, with MIRAIT Technologies Australia drawing on the delegates extensive Kaizen experience to assist with our continuous pursuit of excellence as a delivery partner.
